What is your Return Policy?

We accept return for refund within 14 days after delivery date (the date you received your package).


Submit "Worry-Free Return" request directly to initiate the return process if you are not satisfied with your order.

How do I return an item?

1. Sign into your Floryday Account.


2. Find the order in My Orders , click the “Worry-Free Return” button.


3. Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.


4. Choose the return method you prefer and print out the return documents as guided.


5. Package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing, and make the return as instructed on the return label and guidance.


6. Most returns are processed within one week after we receive your package.

How do I exchange it for a different size if my item is not fit?

We are sorry that your item doesn't fit the way you wanted. You can definitely exchange it for a different size within 14 days of your item arriving. Please email us through our online form to reach our Support Department within 14 days to initiate the process.


After sending out the items back to our warehouse, please provide a return proof to us. Then we will prepare the new order within 24 hours.

Why I cannot return some items in my order when apply "Worry-Free Return"?

We don't accept the return or exchange including the following items, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves and bags) due to hygienic reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

How can I check my return request or find the return form I generated?

Please follow below instructions: Click "My Orders" → Click "Worry-Free Return" → Click "Return Result" to check the return request or download the return label.

Who is responsible for return postage?

We hope you can understand that the return postage will be at your expense as stated in our return policy. The return shipping fee is paid to the delivery company to arrange the shipment for you. We do not earn anything from that. Thank you for your understanding.

How long does it take for my refund or exchange?

We will initiate the next process for you within 24 hours after receiving the returned package. Once your return/exchange has been processed we will email you a confirmation. We will process the next step for you in advance if you can provide us with the tracking number or return receipt for checking.


If you paid for the order with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal , depending on the bank processing time.


If you paid the order in other payment way, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay for the order within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank processing time.
